As the name states, these are a blue body with Kraken Blue Hyper-Vis attractor tape on a nickel blade.  The Kraken Blue is a color shifting tape that goes from blue to green deepending on the angle.   These also have Nikko Soft Bait Octopus over the hook.  The octopus adds a lifelike movement as the vibrations go through the spinner causing the legs to vibrate and move with each spin...did we mention the octopus floats as well?
